Make the Link Roadshows 2023
Galway and Roscommon Education and Training Board, Department of Social Protection and Galway Rural Development are teaming up to host a series of information roadshows “Make the Link”. These roadshows are designed for jobseekers, those who are looking to learn new skills or improve their qualifications or those looking to re-engage with their local community.

“Make the Link” will showcase the full range of education, training, employment placement opportunities and local support organisations along with advice on services offered by GRETB, DSP and GRD.
“GRETB is delighted to partner with GRD and DSP in showcasing these opportunities and the pathways for successful education progression and employment. The local events offer a unique opportunity to meet with the community and provide up-to-date detailed information and guidance on the many options available to them” explained the GRETB Director of FET Sinéad Morgan.
We’re absolutely thrilled to hit the road once more, bringing these informative events to every corner of the County. This is such a wonderful chance to gather various education and training agencies all in one place, offering valuable information and advice. Department of Social Protection looks forward to promoting the range of available Employment Supports in your locality, in partnership with GRD, GRETB and FET colleagues. These events provide wonderful opportunities to meet in person with service providers in your area, who are available to answer any questions you may have.
